Deadlines

EETAC operates an academic year, with two semesters.

• Autumn semester (QT): from middle of September to end of January (including examination periods).
• Spring semester (QP): from middle of February to end of June (including examination periods).

In order to apply for a stay at the EETAC, students must fill out an Application Form & Learning Agreement

The deadlines for receiving applications are:

• The 1st of June, for Full Year and Autumn Semester students.
• The 1st of December, for Spring Semester students.
• ALL YEAR, for students writing a Diploma or Master Thesis.

All applications must be approved by your University.

Please attach to the application your most recent academic certificate (transcript of records), in the format given, if possible.

Documents to be delivered when arriving at EETAC:

• A copy of the Application Form & Learning Agreement signed by your home institution

• Copy of the registration fees of your home institution

• 2 photos (passport size).
